Oceanis 361 Clipper
Being the direct result of collaboration between the design offices of Jean Berret and Beneteau, the 361 could not have been born under better auspices.

Longer and more canvassed than her predecessors, the 361 Clipper is a powerful and seaworthy boat, which will take you anywhere you want in the greatest comfort and safety. Her hull is a derivative of an old FIRST hull, which was very renowned for good upwind performance and balanced downwind tracking. The 361 manages to replicate these features of her hull's former raison d'etre. All control lines are lead back aft to the cockpit to make the boat simple and safe to use, even when short-handed. The genoa winches are situated close to the helm position to further enhance usage in this way. There is an old adage, which says, "if she looks right, then she probably is"! Nothing could demonstrate this better than the 361. Good clean hull lines, long waterline ratios, good stiff ballast ratios, sleek coachroof lines, ergonomic cockpit, spacious side decks, the 361 just gets it all right, from every angle.

She is the first of the Oceanis range to have her own bespoke chart table. She also boats one of the largest heads compartments in the range (certainly one of the best designed too), and an awesome wrap-around galley. Saloon seating is divided by a central table, giving good seating room for the 8 crew that she can sleep.

She has a bright and spacious interior, with a great deal of volume, making her pleasant when below decks.

In short, a "winner" from every perspective.
